Emergency Plan Subcommittee: The Emergency Plan Subcommittee is responsible for the annual review of the City of Chicago Chemical Emergency Response Plan. This committee is also responsible for rewriting and updating the plan as needed.
By-Laws Subcommittee: The By-Laws Subcommittee is responsible for the creation of the LEPC by-laws. Additionally, this committee is responsible for the periodic review and updating of by-laws and ensuring that by-laws are followed.
Finance Subcommittee: The Finance Subcommittee is responsible for all the business needs of the LEPC and shall maintain accurate records of all monies received and expended for the use by the LEPC.
